RETURNING BY MAIL

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire form to identify the order. Fill out the fields on the return form that was provided with your order. Blue Hamac is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Once your return has been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit.

Merchandise refunds are valid within 30 days of purchase.

RETURNING BY STORE

All returns (refunds) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Blue Hamac location. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaged and ticketed, unused, and resalable condition. All clearance purchases are final sales.

Merchandise refunds are valid within 30 days of purchase.

REFUNDS

We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse or shop. Depending on the bank’s policy it can take up to 7 business days if in the U.S. and international, from the date of the order cancellation. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
